Harv: It's working!!!!! It was little stuff. First they told me not to authenticate the outgoing mail. Then, over night, that changed. Also, in the user name section I had to put the whole email address even though it just asked for the user name. After fixing that, it works perfectly!!! Thanks everybody for your help. That's not to say there won't be glitches in the future but for now, it's perfect.

I think (hope) the above will help clarify/resolve the IMAP/POP issue.
