Ever since the iTunes store opened, and a host of other legal sources for a/v downloads followed (Amazon?, Rhapsody?, Napster?, etc.), practically all of the stuff in P2P-land is either pirated, poisoned, or both.

You weren't aware of those two (Mac-related) examples? [there are probably more... i just happen to recall those two specifically.]

I think it's generally understood that file “sharing” [of that sort] is a euphemism for stealing.

I don't think we know what (exact phrase) you tried, or what (exact items) you're seeking. If we knew more, then perhaps we could help. [Seems more-or-less logical that: if these items exist in the pirate-sphere, then they probably also exist in the real world somewhere.]
