I'm happy with Ventura, but for a nasty habit of my front app losing focus, forcing me to click on my desktop and then back on the app before I can hide or quit it. (And then again, it might really be a holdover from Monterey. )
Nothing critical that you need to know, though, but the new System Settings pane which has replaced System Preferences will likely confuse you at some point.
The new Great Equalizer is the SEND button.
