I ran into a spate of that happening a month or so back and only on the Mac, neither the IPhone or iPad appear to have encountered a similar problem. I have not encountered the issue for a while, but I have since updated to macOS 13.1 and changed my default browser from Safari to Safari Technology Preview, so I have no definitive clue to the cause. As a suggestion, you might try [ur==https://developer.apple.com/safari/technology-preview/]safari Technology Preview[/url] and see if the problem goes away.
