airtunes in my experience is flakey. I fought my express this AND last halloween trying to set up outside speakers. Worked, then didn't, then worked again. (only didn't work when I NEEDED it to) I've literally spent hours more than once trying to get airtunes or WDS to work reliably. It can be terribly frustrating.
