System Preferences > Notifications > Allow Notifications OFF
In earlier versions of MacOS it was a lot easier to turn Safari's debug and Develop menus off and on and it can still be done in MacPilot, but where most MacPilot actions show the command line used to change the setting it now reads

Your will get better results from changing the typeface than the point size.
