OS 10.13.6

I used the free Xword app to print my son's will. The problem is that I want to add the trustee's name and all I have is several prints. I didn't save a copy to documents.

How can I add more info to that document without having to type out the whole thing again? I scanned it to my desktop but I cannot add to that.
