Well, speaking of the devil, earlier today Apple released OS 11.2.1, an update to OS 11.2 that's designed to fix some issues with MacBook Pros: https://9to5mac.com/2021/02/09/macbook-pro-charging-bug-fix-big-sur-11-2-1/ I don't have a MacBook Pro, so I'll skip this update, and wait for OS 11.3 instead (and will do a clean, fresh installation).
