I didn't find anything either as reassuring or amusing as that.
All I found was a generic and unreassuring statement that "procedures are in place." (Does that translate to "mind your own business?")
Nor does that sound to me like the way an officer would speak about another officer, let alone a ranking officer, let alone hir commanding officer. At least not for publication, anyhow.
