Just curious. When you took your MBP in to get the battery replaced, were you having any other problems with it?
Four days ago, the display on my MBP started acting up. Every few seconds the image would jump down and then back up again. That's what made me have a closer look, and I noticed the bottom of the case was bulged out. I was wondering if the bulging batteries had put some mechanical stress on one of the circuit boards and caused the video problem.
