Surely there is something in the American constitution that can be enacted when a president is decidedly unbalanced and making dangerous decisions? I read that some doctors have said that president trump is showing definite signs of dementia and therefore unfit to fulfil his duties. Who in government has the authority to initiate such a procedure?
