Yesterday for the first time, I sent a video by email...about 750 MB. It was received and played. Today I sent myself a couple of videos with no problem.

I sent one of the same videos to my son and he said after the icon stopped clicking the total MBs of the movie, it just keeps 'loading'

I checked the video I sent and I can play it ok. These were sent using iCloud. Does anyone know why the sent video to my son keeps 'loading' and not opening.

He has iCloud but has never used it. I say that in case it makes a difference.
