Installed it too; no problem so far. Upon permissions repair, the only thing showing up is:
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.
I guess, it can be disregarded.
