That's out of character for him.

I'm sure it's also making him crazy that even judges whom he appointed (and thinks owe him fealty) have rejected his claims. Hasn't his sister been able to teach him anything about the judiciary and the effect of life-long appointments upon their recipients?

I kinda doubt that the Supreme Court will even take his PA case, but I'm anxiously awaiting their decision if they do.
