Don't assume that because other devices are working that all devices have the same quality connection. WiFi and cellular signals can sometimes be weird.
  • Is your iPad connecting via WiFi or Cellular and have you checked to verify that?
  • If your iPad is cellular capable, and on WiFi, have you tried switching it to cellular to see if that works?
  • Have you run an internet speed test from your iPad and if so, what are the results?
