Today I received a call from family. After that I misplaced my phone and called it using FaceTime. My phone never rang. My husband called me from his cell and it never rang. I did find my phone and checked the volume, do not disturb was off and the ringer was on. I also reset my network which shouldn't have had anything to do with it and turned off my phone and turned it back on. Nothing is working. Any ideas?
