Sorry, can't help with EasyEnvelopes, but you can create a template in most DTP applications. [rant] The industry standard companies, like QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign, are using their positions to gouge on price, and the subscription model came about because people found ways to avoid paying the exorbitant prices. I've kept an eye out for alternatives and you might like to investigate Affinity Publisher. They have a half price sale on. They have a free trial period, but for £24 for a lifetime license, you get a top quality application for the price of a month's subscription to Adobe CS.

I've bought all their applications (Publisher, Photo and Designer) and they are first class and have decent online tutorials and user forums.

I'm not shilling for the company, just a happy customer.
