I bought
EasyEnvelopes and can't use it. It is easy enough to create an envelope, but it appears horizontally on the screen, and my Epson printer requires that the envelope be fed vertically. Consequently, this app is of no use to me.
I went to the link and note that the publisher is Ambrosia Software, which would account for unfixed issues and your inability to contact the company. The software not getting any bug-fix attention
because Ambrosia is no longer in business.I have two or three pieces of Ambrosia software and, when one of them decided not to recognize my registration number, I tried to contact Ambrosia only to learn they had gone the way of the Dodo Bird. It's too bad as they were a decent company.
