I bought
EasyEnvelopes and can't use it. It is easy enough to create an envelope, but it appears horizontally on the screen, and my Epson printer requires that the envelope be fed vertically. Consequently, this app is of no use to me.
The Help menu is of no help, and contacting the developer has been impossible. The page keeps timing out and Safari says that it cannot open the page. I attempted to get a refund from Apple but that has been refused. Luckily, I can print envelopes created in Pages, but that's more convoluted than I want.
If anyone uses EasyEnvelopes, please advise me of a workaround if you can. Otherwise, can anyone recommend a similar app? I see some listed in App Store but I have already been burned once and don't wish to repeat the experience.
