Mojave is now at 14.6.1 (.1 does not show in the "About…", but I think that was just released). Any 32-bit app that runs under 14.x should continue to work. Of course there can be rare (hopefully) exceptions, but if you have a clone of your last satisfactory set-up, you can always go back to that. So go for it, go all the way!
