Even before the release of iOS 13 Apple has released the iOS 13.1 beta to beta testers with additional features that had been removed from the planned release version of iOS 13. FWIW my experience with the iOS 13 betas has been almost completely uneventful. Nothing broke, nothing didn't work, it consistently "played nice" with everything I threw at it.
