I don't know of any studies or statistics on SSD reliability — mainly because they are not used in big data centers as HDs are — but Crucial comes immediately to mind as a store and a brand.

If I were shopping for brands I would start with (in order)
  1. OWC
  2. Crucial
  3. Samsung
But that is just me and I cannot scientifically justify that list or that order other than by my perceived reputation.
