That is not surprising as almost all reliable drive failure rate studies are based on data from large server farms and those server farms are not likely to be using SSDs any time soon. HDs are still fast enough to meet requirements, have dramatically higher storage capacity, and cost up to 25 times LESS per unit of data storage capacity. That may change in the foreseeable future, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the changeover.
