Then you had the same experience I did...dunno what happened to grelber. Do you see anything in his method that might have caused his problem? (I never use my Dock, so I can't really relate to what he did.)
At this point, though, I've recovered my one lost bookmark and reset my prefs, and all I"ve got left to do is reinstall the AdBlock add-on.
Maybe the link will help grelber, who, I suspect, has lost quite a bit.
