My Canon imageCLASS LBP6000 with its 32 bit driver stopped working in Mojave, but I"ve never been certain of why, because it was my only 32 bit app that failed me.

Happily, though, Canon released a 64 bit driver for it 3 months after Mojave was released, so you may get equally lucky if you check out your Pixma.

If not, I suggest that you upgrade a clone of High Sierra to Mojave and see what happens.

If it runs, you're OK until macOS 10.15 La Brea Tar Pits breaks it, and if it doesn't, you can do as I did until I got lucky, which is upgrade, but maintain a separate volume to boot into to print; it's a PIA, but if you don't print much you may find it preferable to buying a new printer.
