I've been wondering how to do that these days, and I'm amazed by how convoluted and unintuitive the procedure is. It seems to me that it was a simple click, drag, and type procedure a few years back.

I"m having trouble getting your procedure to work:
  • I keep winding up with duplicate entries.
  • I can't figure out how to change font size, which by default is tiny.
I'll play with the duplicate entries, but have you got any insights into the font size problem?

More: I can change font color in the "Font" drop-down, but not font size.
