Every so often my iMac goes through a lengthy spasm of activity:
Every 30 seconds the following message pops up (in Console), always in a pair of identical entries, and carries on essentially interminably.

2018-12-26 2:35:36.981 com.apple.cts[263]: com.apple.suggestions.harvest: scheduler_evaluate_activity told me to run this job; however, but the start time isn't for 22040 seconds. Ignoring.

Anybody know what this is about? And why would whatever it is "want" to run such a job more than 6 hours before supposedly needed/required?

And is there any way to "subvert" it (ie, to make it stop)?

Running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 on iMac (21.5", mid-2011), 2.5GHz Intel Core i5.
