An easy way to identify the 32-bit apps on your computer is to open "About This Mac" (under the Apple menu), click on "System Report" and in the sidebar scroll down to Software and click on "Applications". The last column of the report is a yes/no status on all your applications as 64-bit.

This feature should be available on at least 10.12 and higher.
