And what's more annoying... apple "depreciated" the saving of markup information. You can mark up a tiff, png, or pdf, but markups are saved in "flattened" format, burned into the image, and cannot be edited once you close the file.
Huh? I wasn't aware that you could ever save markup info, and it's functionality that I'd have made much use of. (I did a pretty good job of cruising Preview's menu bar options and never saw it.)
When did it disappear from Preview, and how was it accessed?
