I can see Apple canceling their certificate going forward for whatever reason they desire but it doesn't seem kosher for Apple to have the right to disable all previously sold versions as well.
The last time I had a support problem and couldn't get an answer I wrote an actual letter and they responded via direct email, apologized and said they were in very bad straights and promised to get things fixed. They begged me not to post any bad reviews. That was over 2 years ago. Obviously they are in no better shape now.
It seems weird that the AppStore would still have PrintLife for sale if they have pulled Chronos certificate. The AppStore certainly cannot provide whatever they cancelled the certificate for.
