If you bought your iPhone 7 from the
Apple Refurbished Store you should have gotten exactly what's shown in the screenshot I posted.
If you didn't buy an
Apple refurb, you may be out of luck.
Update: I just searched Amazon for

You apparently didn't buy an Apple refurb, and "does not include" apparently includes a headphone jack. (You also got a minimal 90 day warrantee, NOT Apple's 1 year, nor can you buy AppleCare if you want it.)
Personally, I'd return it!
