That's a log of Gigs! Considering they have to be in your phone right? I only have a 16GB iphone 6.
Optimized is just save you 3 GB or so?
I can't follow your math. If the optimized Library on the Mac is 25.3GB and that same library optimized for the iPhone is 1.03GB how does get reduced to a 3GB differential in your calculations? According to my calculations that comes out to a 98% reduction in size due to optimization.
Remember too, the 25.3GB Library on the Mac is substantially reduced from the size of the iCloud Library with the full resolution images in it.
