Sure looks to me like the instructions on that page you provided the link for are not correct. It says to hold down the SHIFT key while clicking the Go Menu, but that doesn't work (in Sierra). Instead, it's the OPTION key. That's correct and I should have mentioned it after I used the link....although the instructions do say: "* Note that in older versions of MacOS and Sierra you need to hold down the OPTION key rather than the SHIFT key." Thanks for the catch.
