Lastly, after my previous 10.13 install, I changed my SSD from Apple's file system to Mac OS extended (journaled) so that I could see High Sierra in the Startup Disk preference pane of my Yosemite drive. After the 10.13.1 update, I had reformat my drive again.

Otherwise, everything is working as expected again. All Adobe CS5 products seem to perform well, but all "Quit unexpectedly - would you like to send report to Apple" upon quit.
