That's pretty much never going to happen. There has to be a neural and moral base on which to build, and that is usually developmentally established by the age of 5. Psychologically unstable bozos — ie, Señor Hitler and his 60 million supporters — pretty much fall outside the pale of the possible. In other words: You can't expect to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. So, strap yourself in and prepare for the wild ride to come.
