Yeah, that made no sense! LOL! But, I didn't know spam could get caught on a server and not get to my email app. So, I would never have thought to go back to my email's website to check for spam in case I didn't get an email I was expecting.

Sorry, about that, but it made perfect sense to me, because my ISP is my email provider, and I forget that there are other options.
Your email provider is your first line of defense against spam, so the first place to look for missing emails is your junk mail folder on your provider's website. (Think about all those emails you get that advise you to whitelist the sender so they'll get to you.)
