"How does junk arrive? i.e. does your ISP mark it as junk and allow it to go through, or do they keep it on their servers?"
and got this reply....
"I don't know but my hotmail accounts have junk folders that usually filter out some junk. Â But I've never had an issue with appropriate emails ending up there."
