I thought that if Mt. Lion was on SuperDuper that meant it was also on my hard drive since that's how I got it onto my external drive in the first place just like Mavericks. Yes, we can take this all up later. I'm still trying to get up the nerve to order the MBP on Apple.

OK, I'll assume that you still want Mavericks on your internal HDD.

If you partitioned your internal to include Mt. Lion the partition would appear in SuperDuper!'s GUI, and since it doesn't, you probably didn't.
