Replying between the lines is useful but may I suggest a different format that will make the replies easier to read and follow at the expense of a bit more work.

NOTE: each item being responded to has both a beginning and ending "Quote" tag which places the item in its own unique quote box. Your responses are outside of the quote boxes so that clearly separates question/item and response.
