I have regularly used Apple Mail/Stationery with my Apple chums, but I have refrained from doing so with my PC colleagues for fear they would not “see” the stationery or it would somehow mess up their email.

For Stationery to work on a PC, is everything dependent on the recipient’s OS, email client, ISP, or some other vagary? Or, will Stationery work fine and my presumption is wrong?
