Yeah. Just too lazy to head over there. From what I've read, some deleted apps can leave behind detritus that iOS is unable to free up. At least I now know what to do, and it's quite straightforward.
Meanwhile, I'm keeping watch on the available storage to see if it starts disappearing again.
