What do you mean with delocalize? I could not find anything on internet
"Delocalization" is when you remove languages you don't use from your installation. (By way of example, there are more than a hundred languages other than English in Sierra.)
I've always done it with no apparent repercussions, but I've been wondering if the procedure bit me this time.
