Nope again. I'd only be contradicting myself if I was to presume that the idea originated with Trump. I don't presume so because:
1) there is no way to know for sure. 2) Trump has people among his handlers who are whacky enough to come up with such an absurd idea. Rudy Giuliani comes to mind.
