Thanks for the great analysis of Sierra!
I don't see a single substantive reason for
me to upgrade, but having made the Snowy-El Cap jump I don't want to ever fall that far behind again, and I get the feeling that Sierra and future upgrades will put more distance between themselves and El Cap than Lion, et al put between themselves and Snowy, so I'll bow to reality, although not until the real world reports back.
