During my difficulties stemming from my venture into Apple Support Discussions, my desktop was hashed thus leaving me with a desktop that belongs in the 2014 and early 2015 era. Everything has been fixed except that problem. I began an attempt to rebuild the Desktop by reinstalling the Adobe Creative Suite 4 (design premium). The reinstallation was smooth until the process completed. After completion, there should have been a request for my Serial Number, but there was no request. That makes me wonder if, somewhere in my machine, the missing desktop lurks and that I should not attempt to rebuild the history from scratch and memory. I really don't know what lurks behind the visible desktop. Does anyone have a good idea about recovering that lost desktop?
