That's exactly what Trevor Noah opined and demonstrated last week on The Daily Show — that Señor Hitler demonstrates all the hallmarks of a standup comedian — and he (TN) should know because he is one.
Señor Hitler could also be simply a perverted mugwump ... I do love that word!
Has anybody thought of resolving the problem with some ineptly prepared fugu? In addition to which the results would make for great YouTube video. Yum.
