I can't imagine that his "brand" doesn't suffer and lose credibility and market share every time he opens his mouth.

Edit: But on point, what are their thoughts about his mental health and his antics (for lack of a better word)? If they're not extremely worried, if they think there's nothing "off" or inappropriate about his behavior, then even allowing for childrens' affection for their father there's something seriously wrong with them, too.
