If you click the post icon in the upper left corner of a post—like so—you will load a page whose URL is the one you're looking for. Or you can right-click or control-click the icon and then select Copy Link from the contextual menu (that's in Safari; the phrase may differ slightly in Firefox but the same functionality is there).
