Thanks for clearing that up for me Kevs, I thought I was losing it!!!
If you're trying to fix an issue in Gmail using their web-based interface I think you'll get better results on the Google / Gmail forums.....this whole time I thought we were talking about the Mail application as it is accessing the Gmail service.
