Thanks. I opened iTunes, logged out, and had an iTunes radio station play for many hours with no issues.

Actually, I haven't used the iTunes store in close to ten years, because I prefer to buy higher-resolution AIFF music files which Apple has shown no interest in offering. Also, it looks like we don't even have to be logged on to see which of our favorite podcasts have been updated.
